With over 30 years working in the music industry including 12 years running her own music consultancy and PR company, Abigail has established Laurian as the ‘go-to’ agency for artist and music events PR in the UK.

Specialising in dealing with venues and theatres ranging from 250-1500 capacity, Abigail and her team generate regional radio, regional press, national radio and national press according to the project, artist and management brief.

Laurian prides itself on being a ‘hands-on’ company where PR contacts have a personal dialogue with us.  We feel that this is the only way to maximise the effectiveness of the PR for our clients and deliver the most awareness and impact on ticket sales.

Abigail’s background growing up in a musical family means that as a company we feel we have a unique understanding of the needs of the artists.

Our work includes the following.  Formulating a bespoke plan relevant to each project. Creating a press release. Targeting the correct media.  Scheduling interviews which are staggered to air/print at the most appropriate time in relation to the tour dates.  Liaising closely with the artist, management and the theatres.  Keeping an eye on ticket sales vs capacity to offer additional assistance to the theatres if required.

With a constantly updating database of thousands of contacts we consistently achieve great results for our clients.  Over just the last couple of years we have worked on over 350 performance dates with tours ranging from 20 to 88 dates.
